Important Information

To all our lovely customers, just to keep you informed , we are working tiara W getting the salon ready to re-open in the beginning of July , all being well. All members of staff have done a health and safety barbacide course to insure we have full understanding in keeping each other and clients safe and well.

We will be wearing masks, aprons & gloves and changing/sanitising after every client. We will be operating on a two stylist & two clients basis with a one in, one out system. we’ll be asking you to make appointments via phone only to be able to reduce the amount of people coming through the doorway. We will not be doing walk-ins as it will be appointments only. We will also be staggering our appointments to be able to give a thorough clean before our next client.

FOR ALL CLIENTS, CAN WE PLEASE ASK YOU TO:

• Arrive on time and wait either in your vehicle or outside on the wall. This will be to maximise social distancing.
• Use the sanitiser on arrival.
• Your temperature will be taken with a non touch thermometer and you will be asked a couple of health questions.
• Wear a face mask at all times whilst in the salon. We can provide one if you don’t already have one.
• Bring in minimum belongings. A carrier bag if you would like to bring a coat. This will be kept with you.
• Please come by yourself to your appointment.
• Please contact us to rearrange an appointment at no additional charge cost if it’s within the 24 hrs notice agreement. If you have high temperature, or anyone in your household is unwell or is self-isolating. Please don’t come to the salon if you adhere to any of these.

We will be switching to disposable, where we can, hand towels, gowns, etc. If unavailable, we will insure all towels and gowns will be freshly laundered on a 60˚ wash.

• Salon will have regular deep clean.
• All stations and equipment will be sterilised in between clients.
• Card payment machine will be cleaned after every use.
• We have removed all magazines.
• Sadly, we will not be providing refreshments.

We will be giving everyone a call who had an appointment cancelled whilst on lockdown very soon. Those who didn’t have an appointment, if you would like to get in contact from Monday 29th June to book an appointment, please do this through our email. We will do our very best to schedule appointments as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience.
